Building codes vary and are subject to change. The purchaser is responsible for verifying that
our house plans comply with all local building codes and are suitable for a particular site before actual
construction begins. Purchasers who will be making modifications to their house plans should purchase
reproducible vellums. A reproducible vellum set gives a professional designer the license to reproduce
and/or make revisions to the drawings without having to redraw the house plans.
This is a license to build one house only.
Modified plans remain the property of Home Plan Center and/or designer.
